How it works
From connection to first answer
- 01Connect your Odoo
An API key from your Odoo: Ronyxx only reads with it. Versions 16 to 20, Community or Enterprise, on Odoo.sh, your own server or Odoo Online's Custom plan.
- 02Add your team
Each person and their role. They ask on WhatsApp, or add Ronyxx in ChatGPT or Claude and sign in with their work email. One seat per person, wherever they ask.
- 03Ask in plain words
“Who owes us the most?”, “and last month?”, “how much pva do we have”. You get the exact figure with its time, or a straight “not yet”.

Your data stays yours
Read-only access
Ronyxx only reads. Our server refuses anything else before it reaches your Odoo, so nothing can be created, changed or deleted.
Role-based answers
Who may see what is checked in code before anything is read. A salesperson sees only their own customers.

Your Odoo key is encrypted when we store it and used only to read what you ask for. Every connection is encrypted.

Distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers that run on Odoo, with teams from 5 to 150 people and more. Owners, sales, accounts, purchasing, warehouse and production each ask in their own words, and each gets only what their role allows, without logging in to Odoo.
Which systems does Ronyxx work with?
Odoo today: versions 16 to 20, Community and Enterprise, including several companies and currencies in one database. More ERP and accounting systems are coming. Tell us yours when you sign up.
Does it work with Odoo Online?
Yes, on Odoo Online's Custom plan. Odoo's Standard plan doesn't allow outside software to connect, so no outside tool can read it. Odoo.sh and Odoo on your own server work on any plan.
What can I ask?
Anything your records hold: sales and invoices, what customers owe and what's overdue, purchases and bills, what you owe suppliers, payments and bank, profit and tax, stock and deliveries, production, staff and expense claims. Totals, top and bottom lists, comparisons, averages and follow-ups like "and last month?".
How should I write my questions?
The way you'd text a colleague, in plain English. WhatsApp shorthand, short names and typos are fine: "hw much pva left", "sales vs last month", "who owes most".
Can we ask in ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes, on every plan and the free trial. When you set up, you choose where your team asks: WhatsApp, ChatGPT, Claude, or any of them. Each person adds Ronyxx in ChatGPT or Claude once and signs in with the work email you added them with. There, Ronyxx is a hosted, read-only MCP server for Odoo: nothing to install in Odoo or on anyone's computer. The Help page shows how.
Ronyxx's answer shows word for word, in its own card. Anything the chat writes around it is the chat's own. One person is one seat, wherever they ask, and their role decides what they see in all three.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $99 a month for 5 people. Team is $299 for 15 people, Business $699 for 50, Scale $1,499 for 150, and each plan's questions are shared by the whole team (Team: 3,300 a month). Yearly plans get 2 months free. See Pricing.
