These terms apply when a business uses Ronyxx. By signing up, connecting your Odoo or adding people, you agree to them. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you're allowed to.

The service

Ronyxx answers questions about your business on WhatsApp, ChatGPT or Claude, using the records in your Odoo. It only reads your data and can't change anything in it.

Ronyxx is new. It will keep changing, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

Your account

  • You decide who can use Ronyxx and what each person's role lets them see. Keep that list up to date and remove people who leave.
  • Connect Ronyxx with an Odoo login that can see the records you want answers about, and keep its API key and your console password private.
  • Make sure the people you add know about Ronyxx and agree to use it where they ask: WhatsApp, ChatGPT or Claude.
  • You're responsible for what happens through your account.

Fair use

Don't use Ronyxx to break the law, harm anyone, get around its limits or security, overload it, or copy or resell it. Use on WhatsApp, ChatGPT or Claude must also follow that service's own rules. Please don't send Ronyxx card numbers, bank account numbers or ID numbers.

Ronyxx itself

Ronyxx, its software, the way it reads and answers questions, its instructions to the AI and its website belong to us. While your account is open, your business may use it for its own work. Your data and the answers about it stay yours.

You and the people on your account may not:

  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer Ronyxx, or try to get its source code, its instructions to the AI or how it's built;
  • scrape it or pull from it with bots or scripts, beyond using your own answers;
  • use Ronyxx, or what you learn about how it works, to build, train or improve a product that competes with it;
  • resell it, share your account with another business, or offer Ronyxx to others without our written agreement.

If any of this happens, we may suspend or close the account.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide and improve Ronyxx for you, as our Privacy Policy explains, and never to train AI models.

Answers and AI

We test Ronyxx against thousands of questions with known answers, and it's built to say when it can't answer rather than guess. Even so, an answer can be wrong, for example when the records in Odoo are wrong or a question is read differently.

In ChatGPT and Claude, Ronyxx's answer is shown word for word in its own card. Anything the chat writes around it, such as a summary, a table or a calculation, comes from ChatGPT or Claude, not from Ronyxx, and we don't check it or stand behind it. Go by the card.

Each answer says what it counted and for which dates. Check important figures in Odoo before you rely on them. Ronyxx isn't accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. If you spot a wrong answer, please tell us at [email protected].

Other services

Ronyxx depends on WhatsApp, ChatGPT, Claude, your Odoo, OpenAI and our hosting. If one of them changes or stops, Ronyxx may have to change or pause too, and we'll tell you as soon as we can. Using ChatGPT or Claude also means their own terms, between the person and OpenAI or Anthropic. Odoo, WhatsApp, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of their owners, and Ronyxx isn't affiliated with them.

Plans and payment

Each business gets a free 14-day trial with 500 questions in all, which starts when Ronyxx goes live for its team. When it ends or its questions are used, Ronyxx stops answering everywhere until you choose a paid plan, and nothing is deleted. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

Plans and prices are on our website and in the console. They're priced by the number of people who can ask, wherever they ask: one person is one seat on WhatsApp, ChatGPT and Claude together. Plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance. Questions are fair use: each plan has a number of questions a month, shared by everyone on it, and the console shows it. The month's number counts the questions Ronyxx answers. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, which adds sales tax where it applies and sends your receipts.

If a payment fails, Ronyxx keeps answering for 3 days, then stops until it's paid. We'll tell you at least 30 days before the price of your plan changes.

Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time, from Manage billing in the console or by emailing us. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for and isn't renewed. If you're not happy with your first payment, email us within 14 days and we'll refund it in full. Apart from that, payments aren't refunded for part of a period.

No guarantees

Ronyxx is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, or USD 100 if that is more.

Ending

You can stop using Ronyxx at any time; close your account in the console or email [email protected]. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we stop the service, with notice where we can. When an account closes, we delete its data within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you about important changes by email. If you keep using Ronyxx after that, the new terms apply.
